-Laying on the couch and watching TV
Tonight I did accomplish:
-Doing the dishes
-Doing a load of laundry
-Vacuuming our bedroom
-Cleaning the shower
-Updating our budget
-General picking up
I guess it could be worse... the lists could be switched. ;)
Not the lazy night I dreamed of, but I'm glad I got several things done. Tomorrow is a 10-hour day, I work this Friday (I took Monday off as the tail end of my trip to WV), and we're planning on going to Huber's Farm this Saturday with our Community Group (hooray!), so it's going to be a full weekend. I'll be glad then that I did chores now!
And in case you're worried that I was too productive, never fear: I fit in an episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition between chores. It's guaranteed that I'll cry every time I watch that show. But tonight left me wondering about criticism of the show... do you know of any? I can't help but think of the "fine print" to the HGTV Green Homes. Is EM: HE too good to be true?
