Yes absolutely.
I love my macbook, but its the one with the design flaw, so the plastic hand-rest cracks. I want to save up and get a macbook pro because they are aluminum and don't have that problem, but everything else is amazing.
that is the exact same laptop I got last week for law school - love it so far!
