My (Louisville) Dream Home

Wednesday, March 18, 2009

So the last time I posted about something I really wanted, some wonderful human being sent it to me. However, I don't think that's gonna happen this time....

My dream home (well, at least my Louisville dream home) is for sale.

I just love all of the details of this home. The different color/texture combination is so unique and stylish. The lines are so clean. I love the stone. It seems so bright and airy and wonderful.

The down sides: There's no yard, it's on the corner of a relatively busy intersection, and it's approximately 2 inches away from the neighboring homes to its left and right. Oh, and it's $365, 000. (!) But somehow my love has not grown cold....

I'm going to the Open House this Sunday. Who says a girl can't dream? :)

Wow, I had no idea houses were that expensive along there--not like it's in a secluded neighborhood.

Beth! That is my Louisville dream home too! Rusty and I looked it up last night on MLS! Maybe we could chip in together and buy it...though I'm not sure you could live with the messes we make... :)

As a friend of mine says, "It doesn't cost anything to dream!"
